LEAGUE SIGNUP

We are going Paperless for 2012! Next year we will not be sending out registration packets/Schedules etc. All information will be available on our website or facebook page -Portland ASA-. If you prefer mailings please notify the Sports Office by January 15th, 2012.

League sign-up is done on a first come, first serve basis and once divisions fill a waitlist will be formed.

2012 Adult Spring/Summer League Info & Registration

Adult Registration will take place beginning January 30th-March 16th. You may register online or by Mail/Walk In beginning January 30th at the Delta Park Sports Office; 10737 N. Union Court, Portland, OR 97217 (behind yellow/brick maintenance bldg, facing Soccer Fields) Hours: M-F 8:00am-4:00pm.

Teams that register for divisions that fill before the deadline will be put on a waitlist and will be notified.

Portland Metro Softball Cancellation Policy

Team Registration Policies:

1. If a team drops prior to the General Manager's Meeting, the team will receive a full refund.
2. If a team drops after the General Manager's meeting, the team will forfeit $50 of their team registration fee for administration costs.
3. If a team drops after scheduling of league play, they may not be eligible for any type of refund.

Tournaments:

Adults: If a team drops 72 hours or less before the start of a tournament, a $50 tournament fee will be forfeited. If a team is a no show the day of the tournament, no refund will be given and a team may be subject to further disciplinary action.

Youth: If a team drops one week prior to the start of the tournament, no refund will be given.

PMSA Returned Check Policy

If a check is returned for any reason, there will be a $50 bank fee charged in addition to the amount the check was written for.

If returned checks from the same issuer occurs more than once, future transactions will be on a Cash Basis only
