If you are a individual player looking to be picked up by existing registered teams, please fill out as much of the information as possible. Your name will be added to our list of free agents. PMSA also holds a Tryout Event each year and we recommend that you attend, ready to play and show off your talents.

PLEASE READ: If you are signing up to be on the free agent list, please be aware that your information will be available by this page, which is viewable by anyone, and not just team managers.
